RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Our Satisfaction Promise

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please have your order number ready—you can find it in your confirmation email.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bras and underwear that have been worn or tried on without customer-owned undergarments.

We recommend reviewing the size chart prior to purchase. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is suggested for a more comfortable fit. We’re happy to offer one free exchange for a different size, color, or style for customers in the Contiguous United States. Unfortunately, this service is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

All return shipments are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to product quality issues or an error on our part. Original shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or do not meet the return conditions stated above.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@allofo.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the items (with tags and packaging)

  • A brief reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days. Note that we do not process requests on weekends.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a return label at our expense (U.S. only). Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

For returns that are not due to quality issues, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the Contiguous United States.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
