SHIPPING DELIVERY

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30 within the contiguous United States. For our international yoga community, free standard shipping applies to eligible orders exceeding $30.

Orders are processed within two business days and shipped via our standard service, unless you select another option at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10 business days after shipment. Please note: we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be sent out the following Monday – a gentle pause before they journey to you.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

While we flow with care to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may occasionally extend shipping times – just as a practice reminds us to breathe through the unexpected.
